Holy Name Medical Center understands the changing and specific needs of the seniors in our community. offers several programs for seniors in our community:
- Adult Day Away - Medical Day Care for senior citizens designed to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our clients to help maintain their independence, encourage socialization, be mentally stimulated and remain active.
- Home Health Care - provides a variety of services to better help a patient’s transition when they return home following their stay at the Medical Center. Patients will continue to receive high-quality health care services while returning to health in the familiar and reassuring surroundings of their own home
- Hospice - provides individualized and compassionate care for terminal patients whose illness is no longer responsive to cure-oriented treatments
- Lifeline - Emergency help – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Telehealth - cardiovascular assessments electronically transmitted to the Medical Center
